1) Can we install Project Symphony on our server?

Yes, while we offer both a free account as well as premium subscriptions to run Project Symphony from our web page, we also provide additional options to install and run Project Symphony on your own server. Please click on “Pricing Tab” on www.projectsymphony.com for details on features and pricing of the various options.

2) Is Support/Training Available?

Yes, we provide Support/Training for Project Symphony. Please email us at

3) Is Project Symphony customizable?

Web-based Project Symphony already provides customization at graphical interface level through various configuration options that you can set. Additional customizations are available for Unlimited Site License and Limited Site License Customers.

4) What are the subscription options available for Project Symphony?
"Project Symphony" provides following subscription options:
o Free Subscription License
o Standard License
o Premium License
o Limited License
o Unlimited License

5) How can I subscribe?
Click on “Create a Free Account” at www.projectsymphony.com to create a user account and immediately start using Project Symphony.

6) Is my data secured?
Yes, Project Symphony and all user data is maintained in secure databases owned and maintained by Confluence International Inc.

7) Is Project Symphony available for use with mobile phones /PDAs?
Yes, Registered Users can access Project Symphony using mobile devices.

8) What are the main features of Project Symphony?

Quick Start

You just need a browser (Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox) to run the product. There is no need to download or install any components on your computers. Just register and start using the product. Note that some limitations exist for FREE/basic membership customers.

- Click on "Create a Free account".

- Fill out the form. Please make sure that the email is correct.

- You will receive an email from Confii with a link in it. Please note that the email may go to your Spam folder.

- Click on the link - that should activate the account

- Login using the username and password selected during registration

- Once logged in - Click on Workbench for easy navigation to most frequently used screens

- A default Portfolio and Program is created automatically for you and you should be able to begin using the tool.

- Click on “Tutorials” on the Project Symphony home page for additional details about how to use the Project Symphony system.
